Terms of Service

This RapidΧ Service Agreement (the "Agreement") describes the terms and conditions on which RapidΧ ("we", "us", or "our") offers services to you ("User"). By accessing or using our website and services, User agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

• 1. Neutral Host Status & Service Description: RapidΧ operates as an automated, neutral intermediary file hosting and cloud storage service. We do not preview, screen, edit, or monitor files uploaded by users prior to hosting. Users retain sole legal responsibility for all files, content, and data they upload, store, or distribute through our service.
• 2. Prohibited Content (Zero Tolerance Policy): Users are strictly forbidden from uploading, storing, or sharing:
  • Copyrighted or trademarked material without explicit written permission from the rights holder.
  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or child exploitation of any kind (Zero Tolerance: results in immediate account deletion and reporting to law enforcement).
  • Malware, viruses, ransomware, phishing scripts, or any malicious code designed to disrupt computers or networks.
  • Content that promotes terrorism, violence, illegal acts, or infringes on personal privacy (doxxing, non-consensual media).
  • Adult content or pornography that violates hosting provider regulations.
• 3. Copyright Compliance & Repeat Infringer Policy (DMCA): RapidΧ respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with notice-and-takedown procedures. Upon receiving a valid copyright infringement notice through our "Report Abuse" form, we will promptly remove or disable access to the infringing material. We enforce a strict policy terminating the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe upon intellectual property rights.
• 4. Bandwidth, Direct Linking & Anti-Abuse: We reserve the right to disable direct linking (hotlinking) or limit download bandwidth on accounts that consume excessive server resources or abuse system infrastructure. Automated scraping, API abuse, or attempts to bypass system download limits are strictly prohibited.
• 5. File Retention & Deletion: Inactive files for free/guest users (files with zero downloads) will be permanently deleted after 30 days. Premium users' files are retained for as long as the account subscription remains active. RapidΧ reserves the right to remove any file at any time without prior notice if it violates this Agreement or poses a security risk.
• 6. Limitation of Liability & Warranties: RapidΧ is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. RapidΧ is not liable for data loss, corrupted files, service downtime, or any business losses resulting from the unavailability or operation of our platform. Users are solely responsible for maintaining their own off-site backups.
• 7. Accounts & Refunds: Accounts terminated due to violations of these Terms will not be eligible for a refund. Premium purchases are final and non-refundable once the service has been activated and used for downloads or storage.
• 8. Law Enforcement Cooperation: RapidΧ fully cooperates with judicial authorities and legal enforcement agencies in any legitimate investigation regarding illegal activities conducted through our platform.
